Welcome to MBTraining MBTraining is a provider of high quality training solutions to companies, charities and other organisations seeking to ensure the personal safety of their employees whilst engaged in their work.   According to the Chartered Institute of Environmental Heath  (CIEH) there is significant risk to employees/volunteers personal safety as a result of  "actions that encompass forms of aggression such as verbal threats, abuse, harassment, or any assault or threat that cultivates physical, emotional or psychological harm"    the CIEH then goes further by reminding us that   "Work-related violence is on the rise and employers have a duty of care to provide a safe place of work."    It is now widely recognised that it is no longer only those employees "working alone" that are at risk, but in fact any and every member of a 'team' that works in public facing role!  This is where MBTraining comes in, bringing to bear nearly 30 years experience in the field of personal safety training to provide educational solutions to individuals and teams.
